I undertake to respect the Statutes of the Association and pay the established fees, as well as to collaborate, to the extent of my possibilities, in the Association's own activities, for which I EXPRESSLY AUTHORIZE the Association to charge my aforementioned bank account above, with my personal data, the membership fees receipts.

LOPD Clause: In compliance with current legislation on data protection, LEARNING IN HARMONY informs you that the data provided in this form, as well as those generated as a result of the relationship maintained, will be incorporated into the Members' File of the Association.

The completion of the data requested in this form is mandatory, being necessary to formalize entry into this Association, and will be processed exclusively for the purpose of managing the Association-Partner relationship.

The member expressly authorizes the maintenance of this data and its treatment within the scope of the Association, also once the Association-Member relationship has ended, in order to keep them informed of the activities of the NGDO and to consult this information before a new application for admission.

The Member may exercise his right of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition by sending a signed letter, accompanied by a photocopy of his ID, to LEARNING IN HARMONY.
