Learning in Harmony is a Development Cooperation NGO with its own legal personality and economic and administrative autonomy; non-political and non-profit, is governed by its own Statutes, under the auspices of Organic Law 1/2002, of March 22, regulating the Right of Association.

Its purposes are determined by article 2.1 of its Statutes:

"Article 2.- The purpose of the Association is:

1 - Cooperation for the international development of basic, intermediate and university training for minors.

The basic interest is inspired by providing the necessary financial support for the training of those minors, who having another capacity for perception and understanding, as well as the tenacity and desire to grow intellectually, do not have the economic possibilities to get to study university.

Once they have completed their university studies, they will continue to provide financial support until they reach the degree, even if they have reached the age of majority established in their country. "

The NGO was set up in Granollers (Barcelona-Spain) on March 20, 2009 by a group of people of good will, who are concerned about those situations that, in some parts of the world, and in our country as well, make strong differences between human beings, we set out to facilitate academic, primary, secondary and university training, if necessary, with scholarship contributions to students from families in need and who do not have access to official or private aid already established, as a preliminary step to achieve greater equality of opportunity and criteria.

Registered on August 10, 2009 in the National Register of Associations, Ministry of the Interior, with the number 5293,117.

 Recognized as a Social Entity, by administrative resolution of the Tax Agency of October 29, 2009.
